5. Squats Sumo Dumbbells - 20reps.
6. Bulgarian Dumbbells Split Squats - 20reps.
7. Weighted Wall Sits - 1 minute
8. Core Plank - 1 minute
Complete Cycle 5 Times Minimal Rest between exercises ~ 20 seconds. ~3 minutes rest between cycle
