"TripAdvisor" është nje prej faqeve me te vizituara ne web, nese dëshiron te marrësh informacione reale mbi vendin e pushimeve te tua. Si një motor kërkimi, ku vete turistet lënë përshtypjet e tyre, ne TripAdvisor, gjen lehtësisht informacione edhe për Shqipërinë apo si na shohin vizitoret. Nder komentetet apo sugjerimet e ndryshme, ajo çka bie ne sy është kërkesa e turisteve për te shijuar ushqimin tradicional. Por, sa i ndihmojmë ne ata me informacionin e duhur kulinarik?! Andi Gorenca, i cili luan prej vitesh rolin e guides per turistet pohon se shpesh ata kërkojnë te provojnë pjata shqiptare, por broshura me këshillat gastronomike mungon e krahas kësaj, shume restorante ne vend priren drejt gatimeve te huaja. Byreku i gjyshes apo tava e dheut! A janë këto gatimet tona tradicionale? Krenar Beshiri pohon se ekzistojnë një sere pjatash qe mund te quhet krejtësisht tonat, nder te cilat ai përmend dhe pispilinë, jo me kot e fotografuar nga turistet ne TripAdvisor. Por, për Krenarin, qe kjo kuzhine te aplikohen ne me shume restorante, do te duhet te serviret ne nje forme te re. Specialistet thonë se gastronomia e ben nje vend destinacion turistik! Por edhe ne kete drejtim, fatkeqësisht Shqipëria ende nuk e ka krijuar traditën e saj.
