Ambasadori i BE ne Tirane, Etore Sekui ka mbështetur deklaratat e një ditë më parë të diplomatit amerikan Aleksandër Arvizu, në Vizion Plus, sa i takon funksionimit me katër anëtarë të KQZ. Sipas Sekuit, vendimet e institucionit zgjedhor janë të cunguara për aq kohë sa funksionimi i tij, do të jetë jo i plotë. Kjo deklaratë e tij erdhi pas përfundimit te takimit me kryetarin e PS-së Edi Raman e selinë e socialisteve. "Biseduam për çështjen e KQZ, kam ndjekur me vëmendje deklaratat e ambasadorit te SHBA-së dhe shefes se ODHIR-it dhe jam dakord me ta. KQZ-ja për të marrë vendime duhet të ketë më shumë se katër anëtare. BE dhe SHBA ndajnë të njëjtin vizion për perspektiven e vendit" -- tha zoti Sekui. Ambasadori i BE tha më tej se do ketë të tjera takime, me autoritetet të tjera të larta për të bashkëbiseduar për situatën politike e parazgjedhore ne vend .Një ditë më parë ambasadori i SHBA shprehu shqetësim dhe për blerjen e votës dhe presionet për pushime nga puna gjatë fushatës zgjedhore.
