Ne Pallatin e Kongreseve ku te pranishëm ishin deputet e dhe anëtare te forumeve te partisë, lideri socialist mbajti fjalën hyrëse, duke e vene theksin tek avantazhet qe do te ofroje qeveria socialiste kur te vije ne pushtet.
