Edi Rama deklaron se kryeprokurorja Ina Rama nuk mund të shkarkohet para datës 23 maj te vitit 2013, pasi kjo është antikushtetuese.
Paralel me takimet e nisura nga presidenti Bujar Nishani me partitë politike, kreu i opozitës, ka theksuar se ky proces është në vazhdën e rrugës së nisur nga mazhoranca për të kapur të gjitha institucionet ne vend. Kryetari i partisë Socialiste ka bërë të qartë se PS-ja nuk e mbështet shkarkimin e prokurores së Përgjithshme Ina Rama, duke i paraprire dhe një vote kundër në parlament pavarësisht emrave që do të propozohen. Për votimin e tre ligjeve ne limitet e përfundimit te afateve te vendosura nga KE, Rama bëri të qarte se ngërçi mbetet tek mazhoranca. Dështimin e negociatave per nje takim Berisha-Rama, ky i fundit e ka komentuar si përjashtim te opozitës nga bisedimet me qellim qe ta akuzojnë per dështimin e radhës ne procesin e integrimit.
