Ish-shefi i rrjetit kompjuterik ne kryeministri Armando Kasaj, i akuzuar për fshirje te serverit te kryeministrisë ne 21 janar, nuk do t'i nënshtrohet një hetimi gjyqësor por do te gjykohet me procedure te shkurtuar. Gjykata e Tiranes ka pranuar kërkesën e te pandehurit, i cili nuk ka pranuar akuzën por vetëm provat e paraqitura nga prokuroria ne gjykim.
Me kërkesën e te akuzuarit ishte dakord edhe prokurori çështjes Ndini Tavani, i cili kërkoj kohe deri ne 12 korrik për të paraqitur konkluzionet përfundimtarë. Ndërkohë ne procesin tjetër ku te pandehur janë Ndrea Prendi, Agim Llupo dhe Margarit Kume, vijoi pyetja e dëshmitareve te akuzës. Para togave te zeza dëshmoi gazetari Ened Janina si dhe dy ish-protestues te plagosur Ilia Papa dhe Ilia Qesku. Gjate dëshmisë së tij gazetari Janina tregoi se rreth orës 16 garda kishte nisur te qullonte me fishekë luftarake dhe këtë ai e kishte kuptuar nga flaka e armëve dhe thyerja e degëve te pemëve përreth. Janina tregoi edhe ne lidhje me dhunën që ishte ushtruar ndaj tij nga policia megjithëse kishte patur me vete dokumentin e gazetarit. Ndërsa dy dëshmitaret e tjerë te ardhur nga Saranda Ilia Papa dhe Ilia Qesku nuk kane qene ne gjendje te përcaktonin se nga u kishin ardhur plumbat me te cilat u plagosen.
