Pavarësisht deklaratave për stabilitet ekonomik, një raport ndërkombëtar i Njësisë se Inteligjencës Ekonomike, rrezon parashikimet e qeverise shqiptare ne rritjen e Prodhimit te Brendshëm Bruto. Duke iu referuar këtij dokumenti, i bere publik ne fund te gushtit, rritja ekonomike për Shqipërinë gjate këtij viti do te jete 3.3 %, njësoj sa ne vitin 2009, qe njihet si me i keqi i qeverise Berisha.
Por ky projeksion nuk i afrohet parashikimeve te qeverise edhe pas rishikimi te buxhetit 2011. Raporti i referohet 6-mujorit te pare te vitit, dhe evidenton se pavarësisht deklaratave zyrtare, Shqipëria vijon te mbaje një borxh te larte, qe është kërcënues për ekonomike.

Despite statements to the economic stability, an international report of the Economic Intelligence Unit, reject Albanian government forecasts growth of Gross Domestic Product. Referring to the document, made public in late August, the economic growth in Albania during the year will be 3.3%, same as in 2009, known as the worst of the Berisha government.
But this projection is not approaching the government estimates after reviewing the 2011 budget. The report refers to 6-months of the year, and highlights that despite official declarations, Albania continues to maintain a high debt that is threatening economic growth.
