Kryetari i Komunës se Preshevës Ragmi Mustafa kërkon tërheqjen e një mije abetareve te dhuruara nga Republika e Shqipërisë për shqiptaret e Luginës se Presheves.
Arsyeja është se këto tekste janë ripunuar ne Beograd pas vërejtjeve për te mos shtypur ne to asnjë simbol shqiptar. "Vizion Plus" ka siguruar kopjen e letrës, se muajit prill ne përgjigje te kërkesës se shkurtit te vitit 2011,ku ambasadori shqiptar i akredituar ne Beograd Shpëtim Çaushi i drejtohet ministrit serb te arsimit Zarko Obradovic. " I nderuar me rastin e shkresës suaj me 11.02.2011 drejtuar Këshillit Nacional Shqiptar dhe ministrit te pakicave serbe Milan Markovic, si dhe shefit te OSBE ne Beograd Dimitrios Kipreos, është kënaqësi t'ju informoj se organet shqiptare janë dakord me vërejtjet e lartpërmendura qe abetarja dhe fletorja e punës te ripunohen duke përfshirë simbolet nacionale shtetërore. Qeveria e Shqiperise duke respektuar standardin e kërkuar do ti dhuroje një mije abetare për shqiptaret ne Presheve, Bujanovc dhe Medvegje." Pasi zoti Mustafa ka siguruar kopjen e letrës se ambasadorit Çaushi, thotë se është Tirana zyrtare ajo qe duhet te reagoje. Ne abetaren e re te autoreve Shezai Rrokaj dhe Mimoza Gjokutaj tek shkronja F, fjala flamuri është lënë bosh pa asnjë ilustrim. Përveç mungesës se simboleve shqiptare autoret kane zëvendësuar edhe qytetet me te njohura te Shqiperise me ato te Serbisë ose te Maqedonisë. Ne shkronjën Sh, ne vend te mësohet për Shkodren e bukur, shkruhet Nish-i është i bukur, edhe pse ne këtë rast shkronja ndodhet ne fund te fjalës. Shqiptareve ne Luginën e Preshevës nuk u lejohet përdorimi i simboleve kombëtare shqiptare. Se fundmi ato nuk do te jene as ne abetare, por pavarësisht kësaj nxënësit e kane mjaft te qarte, se cili është flamuri i tyre.
