Deputetet e majte ne komisionin e ligjeve kane votuar kundër aktit, qe ka hyre ne fuqi ne 7 shtator me botimin ne fletoren zyrtare dhe efektet e para i jep pas 30 ditësh. Ish-ministri i Mbrojtjes, Pandeli Majko tha se eshte antiligjore përfshirja ne procesin e transportit dhe shitjes se makinave qe gjenden ne varreza, te forcave ushtarake. Akti normativ u miratua nga qeveria ne fillim te shtatorit dhe synon te zhvendose vendgrumbullimet e mjeteve te vjetra mbi 1 km nga akset nacionale. Ministria e Mjedisit ka zbuluar 315 varreza makinash ne gjithë vendin, te cilat nëse nuk largohen nga vete pronaret brenda 7 tetorit te këtij viti, do te konfiskohen dhe nxirren ne shitje për skrap.
