Let me tell you that Bihar's Buxar Jail is the only jail in the state that has mastered making the noose. According to sources, instructions were given last week to make the hanging loop .. However, the jail administration does not know from where and for what purpose the demand has been made for these hangings.

बिहार की बक्सर जेल को इस हफ्ते के अंत तक फांसी के दस फंदे तैयार रखने का निर्देश दिया गया है, ऐसे में कयास लगाया जा रहा है कि ये दिल्ली के बहुचर्चित निर्भया मामले के दोषियों के लिए हो सकते हैं. आपको बता दें कि बिहार की बक्सर जेल, राज्य की एकमात्र ऐसी जेल है जिसे फांसी का फंदा बनाने में महारत हासिल है. सूत्रों के मुताबिक फांसी के फंदे बनाने का निर्देश पिछले हफ्ते दिया गया था.., हालांकि जेल प्रशासन को यह नहीं पता है कि फांसी के इन फंदों के लिए मांग कहां से और किस उद्देश्य से की गयी है.
