Preparations are on to hang the culprits of the Nirbhaya incident. Meanwhile, Pawan hangman, who hanged the four convicts, reached Tihar Jail on Thursday. According to the officials of Tihar Jail, Pawan executioner will conduct a hanging trial on January 31, so that the four convicts can be hanged together.
