सीबीआई विवाद पर 24 जनवरी को अगली सुनवाई होगी, प्रशांत भूषण ने सीबीआई निदेशक की नियुक्ति के खिलाफ याचिका दी थी. चीफ जस्टिस ने खुद को सुनवाई से अलग किया. दरअसल चीफ जस्टिस सेलेक्शन कमेटी में शामिल होंगे.
