A day after chargesheeting her, the CBI moved an application before an Andhra court seeking summons against Home Minister Sabitha Indira Reddy in the disproptionate assets case involving Y S Jaganmohan Reddy. The CBI did not ask for the arrest of Sabitha Indira but told the court that summons should be issued to all accused asking them to appear before the court.
