Bollywood starlet Laila Khan's father on Tuesday moved Bombay High Court demanding a probe by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) into her killing along with other members of the family. The father of Laila alias Reshma Patel -- Nadir Hussain Patel -- has filed a writ petition in the high court demanding transfer of the case to the CBI from the Mumbai Police's crime branch. The petition was filed on the grounds that the crime branch says Laila and her family members were Pakistani nationals.
