Writ petition has been filed in Delhi HC seeking CBI investigation in finding the cause of death of the constable Subhash Chandra Tomar. There is a view in public that police has used the death of the constable to suppress the protest and to cover up their mistakes. The issue will come up for hearing on Friday.
