Ingredients:
For Corn & Cheese Mixture
2 tsp Oil
1 tbsp Ginger, grated
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 cup Corn & 2 Chilli, paste
1 cup Spring Onions
1 tsp Carom seeds
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste
1/2 cup gm Cheese

For Paratha
Wheat Flour Dough
Corn & Cheese Mixture
Ghee as required

Method of preparation:
For Corn & Cheese Mixture
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, fry it till the raw smell goes away.
Add onion, Corn & Chilli paste, cook it till the water from corn gets evaporated.
Add spring onions, coriander leaves, salt, mix well.
Take the mixture out in a bowl.
Add some cheese and mix well.
Keep the mixture aside to cool for 5-10 minutes.

For Paratha
Heat a pan.
Take a ball of wheat flour dough and roll it into a shape of a disc.
Add the corn and cheese filling in between, close the sides and make a dough ball.
Dust the dough ball with some flour and then roll it again.
Fry the paratha on low flame and apply some ghee on it.
Once it's crisp on both sides, take it out on a plate.
Our Corn Cheese Paratha is ready.
