KEEP IT FOR 20 MIN. (it’ll make the dough soft)
KNEAD
DIVIDE THE DOUGH
ROLL WITH A ROLLER
SPREAD SOME BUTTER
FOLD 2 SIDES
GRATED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
FOLD THE SIDES
REPEAT THE PROCESS
FRY USING 2 TBSP OIL
