More than 300 wild reindeer killed in lightning storm

A wild reindeer herd was hit by lightning on Friday (August 26) in southern Norway, killing 323 animals, of which 70 were calves. According to the Norwegian Environment Agency, the animals were killed on the Hardangervidda mountain plateau during a violent storm.
