Zonat e quajtura "parajsa fiskale" janë ato vende ku cilido mund te investoje apo depozitoje para pa qene e nevojshme te japë sqarime lidhur me burime te ardhurave. Është kjo arsyeja se pse disa nga kompanitë shqiptare kane transferuar te ardhurat e tyre ne zona te tilla. Por si funksionon ky mekanizëm, I sofistikuar? Zbulimi i rasteve te tilla mbetet një proces problematik ne rang botërore. Ajo qe pengon autoritet investiguese është se zonat e quajtura "parajsa fiskale" ruajnë me fanatizëm privatësinë e klientit. Ndaj ekspertet thonë se rastet shqiptare janë te vështira për tu zbuluar. Edhe pse raporti i shoqatës se gazetareve investigativ publikoi disa kompani shqiptare te përfshira ne këtë proces, autoritetet vendase nuk janë ne dije te këtij fakti. As inspektorati i larte i kontrollit dhe verifikimit te pasurive dhe as prokuroria nuk kane raste te tilla verifikimi apo hetimi.

This is the reason why some of Albanian companies have transferred their incomes in such areas. But how does this mechanism, I fancy? The discovery of such cases remains a problematic process in the world ranking. What prevents investigative authority is the area called "fiscal paradises" They like customer privacy. So experts say Albanian cases are difficult to detect. Although the report published investigative journalists association that Albanian companies involved in this process, local authorities are not in the knowledge of this fact. Neither senior inspectorate control and verification of assets or prosecution cases have no such verification or investigation.
