20 filma te animuar shfaqen çdo dite ne projektorët e kinemasë se Shkodres, por edhe ne mjediset e jashtme. Edhe këtë vit spektatoret me te rregullt te festivalit "Anifest Rozafa" janë fëmijët. Filmat e transmetuar për kategorinë tyre kane rezultuar me te ndjekurit. Organizatoret e eventit shprehen optimist për ecurinë e festivalit. Sipas tyre ky aktivitet qe mbështetet nga "Vizion Plus" dhe "Tring Dixhital" ka tërhequr vëmendjen e gjere te publikut dhe jo vetëm atij shkodran. Festivali i filmit te animuar do te jete i hapur edhe për dy dite. Ne 29 shtator, ne natën finale, juria ndërkombëtare do te përzgjedhë filmin me te mire te festivalit por edhe sipas kategorive. Ne edicionin e trete te festivalit te filmit te animuar marrin pjese 44 shtete me 133 filma konkurrues.
