Ndërsa nisma e mazhorances për imunitetin dështoi te hënën ne parlament, kryeministri Berisha përsëriti deklaratën se heqja e tij do te realizohet me referendum. Ne mbledhjen e qeverise Berisha tha se tashme shumica ka nisur hapat qe do te bëjnë realitet votën e shqiptareve për imunitetin. Berisha akuzoi edhe njëherë rivalin politik Rama se dëgjoi klubin e miliardereve ne PS duke bllokuar statusin e kandidatit. Drafti i mazhorances për heqjen e imunitetin përmes ndryshimit te Kushtetutës nuk u hodh fare për votim ne seancën e një dite me pare, pasi opozita i qëndroi vendimit për te kaluar vetëm një pakete te plote reformash ne drejtësi.
