"Kompromis mes palëve dhe ndërhyrje ne kushtetute për kufizimin e imunitetit". Me këto dy përfundime janë paraqitur ne seancën dëgjimore ekspertet e projektit "Paca" dhe misionit "Euralius".
Duke vlerësuar te dyja modelet e paraqitura nga PS dhe PD ndërkombëtaret theksuan se i mbështesin te dyja duke e lënë zgjedhjen përfundimtare ne shijen e shqiptareve ashtu siç e quajtën ata. Eksperti i "Paca" propozoi qe te mos kryhen kontrolle ne shtëpi ne kohen kur deputetet janë ne seance plenare. Për ekspertin e "Euralius" shpifja duhet te hiqet nga opsioni i dënimit. Prokurorja e përgjithshme pohoi se imuniteti është pengese ne hetim për këtë institucion. Ndërsa kreu i KLSH dhe Avokati i Popullit kërkon përjashtim nga heqja e imunitetit. Ekspertet e "Paca" dhe "Euralius" vunë ne theksin ne rolin e Gjykatës se Larte, duke rekomanduar amendime qe i kthejnë anëtaret e saj ne gjyqtare karriere.

"Compromise between the parties and the constitution to limit interference immunity." With these two conclusions are presented in the hearing of the project experts "Paca" and mission "Euralius".
Considering both models presented by SP and DP Greyhounds indicated that both support leaving the final choice in taste of the Albanians as they called them. Expert "Paca" proposed that checks are not at home at the time when MPs are in a plenary session. For expert "Euralius" defamation should be removed from the sentencing option. Attorney General argued that the immunity inquiry is barrier for this institution. As head of the SAI and the Ombudsman requires the removal of the immunity exception. Experts of "Paca" and "Euralius" we put emphasis on the role of the Supreme Court, recommending amendments to its members turn in career judges.
