Duke u ndalur tek fenomeni i zhurmave sidomos ne zonat turistike, ministri i Brendshëm, Flamur Noka, tha se do te ndëshkohet çdo polic qe nuk raporton për këto shkelje. Ministri i Shëndetësisë, Vangjel Tavo, tha se dikasteri i tij ka hartuar një plan te veçante masash i cili ka nisur te zbatohet kryesisht ne zonat ku ka përqendrim me te madh te pushuesve.
