Kryetari i PBDNJ Vangjel Dule njofton nisjen ne mënyre paralele te nje Censusi tjetër për regjistrimin e minoriteve ne Shqipëri, duke mos njohur në këtë mënyre procesin e bërë nga qeveria kohe më parë, proces i cili është kundërshtuar gjithmonë nga pakicat ne vend, edhe pse rezultatet nuk janë bere ende publike. z.Dule tha se të drejtat e minoriteteve nuk janë respektuar nga qeveria dhe për këtë ka deklaruar se do te ketë një regjistrim te vetin te kryer nga OMONIA. Nëse është e ligjshme një gjë e tille, kryetari i PBDNJ nuk ka një përgjigje te qartë por Dule u mjaftua te thotë, se tkurrja e njëanshme që iu bë minoriteteve ne vend nga Censusi është e patolerueshme.
