Franko Tufa një gjuetar i vjetër profesionist në Durrës, tregon se ne lagune ndesh thuajse përditë persona te paautorizuar qe vrasin edhe kafshët e shpendët e ndaluara, madje me arme automatike. Edhe drejtues te policisë pyjore pohojnë se ne qarkun e Durrësit numërohen 6500 gjuetare, nga te cilët vetëm 350 janë anëtarësuar ne shoqate dhe respektojnë vendimet e afatet kohore te gjuetisë. Ne çdo dite aksioni, është e pamundur qe efektivet e pyjores te mos evidentojnë gjuetare te paligjshëm si ne këtë rast ne lagunën e Shën Pjetrit.
