Kryeministri Berisha nga Elbasani beri serish përgjegjës Edi Ramen për bllokimin e statusit te kandidatit, për here te dyte me 21 tetor. Kësaj here duke bere ironi me editorialet e kreut te opozitës, Zoti Berisha e krahasoi atë me diktatorin Hoxha.
"Le t'i themi shokut, i cili është ngritur tani e po shkruan vepra, së shpejti do të botojë letrën e hapur për Enver Hoxhën, ku i thotë se Shqipërinë e bllokova për t'u anëtarësuar në Evropë, se ne do të vazhdojmë rrugën që kemi zgjedhur bashkë me ju, rrugën e ndërtimit të një Shqipërie moderne, rrugën e ndërtimit të një infrastrukture të njëjtë me qytetet në çdo fshat dhe komunë të këtij vendi," u shpreh Berisha. Ne vijim te akuzave ndaj Rames e ndërsa inauguronte rrugën ne Labinot Mal, Berisha tha se shume fshatra kane rruge me te mira se disa lagje te Tiranes. Kreu i ekzekutivit theksoi se prioritet i qeverise do te jete tashme turizmi malor dhe se investimet ne këto zona,do te jene te përjashtuara nga taksat.
