Kryeministri Berisha ka vijuar edhe sot akuzat drejtuar liderit te opozitës Edi Rama. Kreu i qeverise ka shfrytëzuar ceremoninë e inaugurimit te impiantit te ujerave te zeza ne Durrës, per te bere përgjegjës Ramen per bllokimin e reformave integruese, ndërsa shprehu bindjen se me 23 qershor shqiptaret do dine te zgjedhin per te ardhmen evropiane. "Ai qe bllokoi tre ligjet dhe statusin e merr përgjigjen e merituar, duke u vendosur ne ate faqe te historisë siç i takon nje njeriu qe me muret dontishoteske bllokon vendin e tij. Ne do t'i vazhdojmë përpjekjet tona..." Kryeministri Berisha u ndal gjate edhe tek premtimet e realizuara përgjatë këtyre viteve, si liberalizimi i vizave apo nënshkrimi i marrëveshjes se Stabilizim-Asociimit ndërsa premtoi se ne mandatin e trete, Shqipëria do te plotësojë kushtet e vendosura nga KE per marrjen e statusit kandidat.
