Me gjithë kërkesat dhe insistimin e vazhdueshëm te Bashkimit Evropian, Kosova dhe Serbia nuk pritet që këtë muaj të rifillojnë dialogun teknik për çështje si energjia, telekomunikacioni apo bashkëpunimi rajonal.
Ky paralajmërim vjen nga Shefja e Ekipit Negociator, Edita Tahiri, e cila ka thënë se kjo çështje varet nga presioni diplomatik i Brukselit ndaj Beogradit. "Mendoj se ndoshta fillimi i nëntorit mund të jetë një kohë e përshtatshme për vazhdimin e raundit të radhës", ka thënë zëvendëskryeministrja për gazete "Express" ne Prishtine, duke shtuar se për te rikthyer Beogradin ne tryeze do te jete e rëndësishme diplomacia e zotit Kuper, për te saktësuar se bisedimet s'do te jene politike, por vetëm teknike. Situata e tensionuar ne veri, qe ka sjelle edhe pezullimin e bisedimeve mes palëve, ka vene ne dyshim edhe marrëveshjet e nënshkruara mes Prishtine e Beogradit. Sipas zonjës Tahiri, Prishtina është e gatshme për t'i respektuar marrëveshjet, por me pare pret sinjale konkrete nga Beogradi ne këtë drejtim.
