The table top
Is not at fault
Of that much I am certain
It exists without the capacity
To oppose
It knows not any fear

I am the one
Who resists this passage
My limited understanding
Leaves me lacking
Capacity to accept
The wider truths
Of the Universe

I occupy
And accept the limitations
Of a three dimensional existence
The world I live in supports a view of time
As from a linear perspective
These things I find abhorrent
Because somehow
I am certain there is more

What part of my situation
Must I change
What adjustments make to my reality
Before my hand
Will slip right through the table top?
Does the table already know the answer?
