Play down the negative,
accentuate the positive,
add a pinch of additive,
a touch of the superlative,
mix well with the subjective
and present it as the objective.

Don’t be passive,
be interactive.
look persuasive,
the rewards are massive
if you are decisive.

Treat the truth as relative,
ephemeral and tentative;
keep it always elusive.
You will go far in politics.
