In this Episode, learn how to make a tasty and nutritious Vegetable Korma, a frequently made side dish. It has Vegetable and Cottage Cheese which makes it a wholesome dish.
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups of Mixed Vegetables (Peas, Carrots, Potatoes, Cauliflower, Green Beans)
- 1/2 cup Cubed Paneer
- Oil
- Salt
- 1 Cup Tomato Puree
- 6 - 7 Cashew Nuts
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1&1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
Method:
- In a heated pan put 1 tbsp of oil & add salt vegetables and mix everything well.
- Add water to it and let it boil till all the vegetables get boiled properly.
- Meanwhile in a bowl pour tomato puree, tomato ketchup, and yogurt and batter the mixture.
- Take the vegetables out in a bowl when the water has dried out and the vegetables are nice & soft.
- In a heated pan pour some oil and add cumin seeds, till the cumin seeds splutter.
- Add Cashew Nuts and frew till brown
- Add the coriander and red chilly powder
- Add tomato puree and mix everything well
- Once the mixture starts boiling, add the fried vegetables and Paneer. Mix everything well
- Add a salt a little and garam masala to whole curry.
- Mix everything well and the vegetable korma is ready to be served
