With sweetness of potatoes and goodness of cheese, chef Annuradha Toshniwal teaches you a very simple and easy to make quick homemade salad which is not only tasty to eat but also healthy.
Ingredients:
250 gms baby potatoes (Boiled)
1 clove Garlic
1/2 cup Paneer
4 tbsp grated cheese
Green onions (chopped)
1 tbsp oil
Salt
Pepper
Red Chiili Flakes
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add the garlic clove it and fry it till its black in colour.
- Turn off the heat and add paneer and cheese to it
- Mix it well and season it with salt, pepper and rec chilli flakes.
- Pour the mixture on the boiled potatoes and sprinkle some spring onions on it and serve warm!
