This is Maryam. Now we're going to do some poses on the ground. This is Plank Pose.

You're going to start with your hands right underneath your shoulders in a table top position. Your knees are just about hip width apart. From here take a big step back with that right foot, straightening that right leg. And same with the left, take a big step back with the left foot, straightening the left leg.

Keeping the hands underneath your shoulders, press into the ground lifting your heart away from the floor. Make sure that the lower back stays nice and flat and you're pulling in with your abdominal muscles. As you exhale, soften that right knee, soften the left knee, and sit back.
