This is Maryam and this is Elbow Plank.

You're going to start in a table top position with your hands underneath your shoulders and your knees hip width apart. From here lower down onto that right forearm and then lower down onto that left forearm, keeping the hips lifted.

As you inhale extend that right leg straight back behind you, extend that left leg straight back behind you. Keeping the lower back nice and flat draw in to the abdominal muscles, and hold. As you hold make sure that the lower back stays nice and flat and press back to the heels.

On your last exhale, lower the right knee down, lower the left knee down, and sit back.
