PM Narendra Modi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi today flagged off four new Vande Bharat Express trains during his visit to Varanasi, in a bid to expand the country's railway infrastructure. The new trains will significantly reduce travel time between major cities in the country and will also help boost tourism and economic activity, the Railways said.
దేశంలో రైల్వే మౌలిక సదుపాయాలను విస్తరించే దిశగా ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోదీ నేడు వారణాసి పర్యటనలో భాగంగా నాలుగు కొత్త వందే భారత్ ఎక్స్‌ప్రెస్ రైళ్లను జెండా ఊపి ప్రారంభించారు. ఈ కొత్త రైళ్లు దేశంలోని ప్రధాన నగరాల మధ్య ప్రయాణ సమయాన్ని గణనీయంగా తగ్గించడంతో పాటు, పర్యాటక రంగానికి, ఆర్థిక కార్యకలాపాలకు ఉపయోగపడతాయని రైల్వే శాఖ తెలిపింది.
