Israeli hostages in Gaza will not return until "the aggression" on the besieged Palestinian enclave stops and Israeli forces withdraw, said Hamas deputy chief Khalil Al-Hayya on Oct 18 following the killing of the group's leader Yahya Sinwar by Israeli forces.
