Delegations from Israel and Hamas are scheduled to meet for the second consecutive day on Tuesday (Oct 7) after completing their first day of indirect negotiations in Egypt on the US-brokered peace plan for Gaza, wrestling with contentious issues such as demands for the withdrawal of Israeli troops and disarmament of Hamas.
