Could tell that l've had a left Biceps tendon rolled out of the groove over the past few days. Opted for a lift inspired by 8xUNDEFEATED Mr. Olympia, Lee Haney: BTB Upright Rows! Since the goal was to reseat a Biceps tendon, l used a Supinated Grip instead. Shown is my 5 sets of 5 w/143¾lb and a PR double w/193½lb. As l did them, l can't say that the shoulder felt better or worse. Interestingly, After my post workout shower, l reached for a clean shirt and suddenly could hear & feel the tendon roll back into the groove IMMEDIATELY removing the restriction l'd been feeling whenever raising the left hand overhead! Praise the Lord! Hours later as l write this, the movement is still smooth as l press overhead. I've been studying lifting and how it relates to my body for four decades.
