Delhi: Supreme Court has given immediate relief to Shinde faction. The Supreme Court has extended the time period of 2 days to 14 days to reply to the disqualification notice of the Deputy Speaker. Along with this, the court has issued notice to all the parties and asked for a reply in five days. The court will now hear the matter on July 12.

दिल्ली: सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने शिंदे गुट को फौरी राहत दी है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने डिप्टी स्पीकर की अयोग्यता नोटिस का जवाब देने के लिए 2 दिन के वक्त को बढ़ाकर 14 दिन का कर दिया है. साथ ही कोर्ट ने सभी पक्षों को नोटिस जारी कर पांच दिन में जवाब मांगा है. कोर्ट अब इस मामले में 12 जुलाई को सुनवाई करेगा.
