It is being speculated that the current turmoil in Maharashtra politics could lead to a BJP- Shiv Sena coalition again. Shiv Sena could use the current situation to detach from Congress and NCP to form a government with BJP. 

BJP and Shiv Sena were in a coalition up until the year 2019. They have had a strong history together. A coalition could result in Devendra Fadnavis taking up the role of a CM.
