One of my favourite back exercises to do guys! It works the back and biceps nicely. For pull day I try to challenge myself more. I want to reach my best physique and I believe I can do that by training properly.
V bar row seated I do every back day. However, there are other types of rows and some may work differently. This video focuses on the seated v bar row. Also, how much stronger your biceps can get if you try the techniques and tempos I outline in the video.
