The Supreme Court has taken suo motu cognizance of the Lakhimpur Kheri violence case in Uttar Pradesh. The Supreme Court will hear the matter today i.e. on Thursday. The bench of Chief Justice NV Ramana will hear this. Apart from the CJI, Justice Suryakant and Justice Hima Kohli are also included in the bench. The title of the case is 'Loss of life due to violence in Lakhimpur Kheri'. The Supreme Court has taken this cognizance on media reports and letters.

उत्तर प्रदेश (Uttar Pradesh) के लखीमपुर खीरी (Lakhimpur Kheri Voilence) हिंसा मामले पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) ने स्वत संज्ञान लिया है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट आज यानी गुरुवार को इस मामले पर सुनवाई करेगा. चीफ जस्टिस एन वी रमना की बेंच ये सुनवाई करेगी. CJI के अलावा जस्टिस सूर्यकांत और जस्टिस हिमा कोहली भी बेंच में शामिल हैं. केस का टाइटल 'लखीमपुर खीरी में हिंसा के चलते जान का नुकसान' है. मीडिया रिपोर्टस और चिट्ठी पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने ये संज्ञान लिया है.
