Ekadashi has special significance in Hinduism. Ekadashi Tithi is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Two big Ekadashis are falling in the month of September. The first is Aja Ekadashi and the second is Variti Ekadashi. According to religious beliefs, all the sins of those who observe Ekadashi are destroyed and the person enjoys all the pleasures and finally goes to Vishnu Lok. In Hinduism, all the fasts are kept on Udaya Tithi. According to the Hindu calendar, the Ekadashi date will start from September 2. But in Udayatithi, the fast will be kept on 3rd September. Ekadashi Tithi will start on Thursday, 2nd September 2021 at 06:21 am and Aja Ekadashi will end on Friday, 3rd September 2021 at 07:44 am.

हिंदू धर्म में एकादशी का विशेष महत्व होता है। एकादशी तिथि भगवान विष्णु को समर्पित होती है। सितंबर महीने में दो बड़ी एकदाशियां पड़ रही हैं। पहली अजा एकादशी और दूसरी परिवर्तनी एकादशी। धार्मिक मान्यताओं के अनुसार, एकादशी व्रत करने वालों के सभी पाप नष्ट हो जाते हैं और मनुष्य सभी सुखों को भोगकर अंत में विष्णु लोक को जाता है। हिंदू पंचांग के अनुसार, एकादशी तिथि 2 सितंबर से लग जाएगा। लेकिन उदयातिथि में व्रत 3 सितंबर को रखा जाएगा। गुरुवार, 2 सितंबर 2021 को सुबह 06 बजकर 21 मिनट पर एकादशी तिथि शुरू होगी और शुक्रवार को 3 सितंबर 2021 को सुबह 07 बजकर 44 मिनट पर अजा एकादशी समाप्त होगी।
