The Supreme Court has directed the closure of the case of killing two Kerala fishermen off the Kerala coast in February 2012 in which two Italian sailors were made accused. The Supreme Court had asked to deposit a compensation amount of Rs 10 crore in this case. Italy deposited this amount. After which the court has decided to close the case

सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme court) ने केरल (Kerala) के दो मछुआरों को केरल तट के निकट फरवरी 2012 में मार डालने के मामले को बंद करने का निर्देश दिया है इस मामले में दो इतावली नौसैनिकों (Italian sailors) को आरोपी बनाया गया था. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस मामले में 10 करोड़ रुपये की मुआवजा राशि जमा करने को कहा था। इटली ने ये राशि जमा करा दी. जिसके बाद कोर्ट ने मामले को बंद करने का फैसला किया है
