Amidst a growing surge in Covid-19 cases across the country, the government will roll out the third phase of its vaccination drive from April 1. The Centre has told that the situation is going from “bad to worse” and urged states to achieve 100 per cent vaccination coverage of those above the age of 45 years in surge districts within the next two weeks.

దేశంలో కరోనా సెకండ్ వేవ్ నేపథ్యంలో మూడో దశ వ్యాక్సినేషన్ ప్రక్రియ గురువారం(ఏప్రిల్ 1) నుంచి ప్రారంభం కానుంది. మూడో దశలో భాగంగా 45 ఏళ్లు నిండిన వారందరికీ కరోనా వ్యాక్సిన్ ఇవ్వనున్నారు. మూడో దశ వ్యాక్సినేషన్‌ ప్రక్రియపై బుధవారం అన్ని రాష్ట్రాలు, కేంద్ర పాలిత ప్రాంతాలతో కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం సమీక్ష నిర్వహించింది. వ్యాక్సినేషన్ డ్రైవ్ తక్కువగా ఉన్న ప్రాంతాలను గుర్తించి తగిన చర్యలు చేపట్టాలని సూచించింది.
