Ever since Mohammed Shami fractured his farm during the first Test against Australia in December of last year there is yet to be an official confirmation about his road to recovery or fitness. It's been over three months that Shami was ruled out of the Indian team but so far nothing was announced as far as his recovery in concerned.

पंजाब किंग्स के लिए आईपीएल 2021 शुरू होने के पहले अच्छी खबर आई है. दिसंबर से चोट के कारण एक भी मैच नहीं खेलने वाले तेज गेंदबाज मोहम्मद शमी टीम की ओर से पहले मैच में उतर सकते हैं. शमी को ऑस्ट्रेलिया दौरे पर कलाई में चोट लगी थी. इस कारण उन्हें दौरा बीच में छोड़कर आना पड़ा था. पंजाब को मौजूदा सीजन में पहला मैच 12 अप्रैल को राजस्थान रॉयल्स से खेलना है.
