The Allahabad High Court has taken a tough stand in the case of threatening the victim's family and lawyer in the court room in the Hathras gang case of UP. The Lucknow bench of the High Court said that it can send the trial of this case out of Hathras. The court has ordered an inquiry into the case.

यूपी के हाथरस गैंगरेप केस में पीड़ित परिवार और वकील को कोर्ट रूम में धमकाने के मामले में इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने सख्त रुख अख्तियार किया है. हाईकोर्ट की लखनऊ बेंच ने कहा कि वो इस केस के ट्रायल को हाथरस से बाहर भेज सकती है. कोर्ट ने मामले की जांच के आदेश दिए हैं.
