In the Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court, in the case of humanity, which took place with the girl in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. In front of the two-judge bench, the victim's family presented their side. Also, many officers were present in the court on behalf of the Uttar Pradesh government. The High Court has expressed displeasure over the action of the police. The case will be heard on 2 November.

उत्तर प्रदेश के हाथरस में बिटिया के साथ हुई हैवानियत के मामले में इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट की लखनऊ खंडपीठ में सोमवार को हुई. दो जजों की बेंच के सामने पीड़िता के परिवार ने अपना पक्ष रखा. साथ ही उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार की ओर से भी कई अधिकारी अदालत में मौजूद रहे. हाईकोर्ट ने पुलिस की कार्रवाई पर नाराजगी जताई है. इस मामले की सुनवाई 2 नवंबर को होगी.
