The protest against the rising price of petrol and diesel is all-round. Meanwhile, in Thiruvananthapuram, Congress leader Shashi Tharoor pulled the auto from the rope with auto-rickshaw drivers to express their opposition to the rising prices of petrol and diesel. Shashi Tharoor said that while people in America are paying 20% tax on petrol, we are paying 260% tax.

पेट्रोल-डीजल की बढ़ती कीमत का विरोध चौतरफा हो रहा है. इस बीच तिरुवनंतपुरम में कांग्रेस नेता शशि थरूर ने पेट्रोल और डीज़ल की बढ़ी कीमतों को लेकर अपना विरोध जताने के लिए ऑटो रिक्शा चालकों के साथ रस्सी से ऑटो खींचा. शशि थरूर ने कहा कि जहां अमेरिका में लोग पेट्रोल पर 20% टैक्स दे रहे हैं, वहीं हम 260% टैक्स दे रहे हैं.
