The Supreme Court, the country's largest court, has given an important decision in the property succession case of a Hindu woman. The Supreme Court said that the heirs of the maiden side of the Hindu marriage cannot be called strangers. They will be considered part of the woman's family. The Supreme Court said that it is not wrong for a widow to own property in the name of her brothers' sons.

देश की सबसे बड़ी अदालत सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने हिंदू महिला के संपत्ति उत्तराधिकार मामले में एक अहम फैसला दिया है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि हिंदू विवाहिता के मायके पक्ष के उत्तराधिकारियों को अजनबी नहीं कहा जा सकता है. वे लोग महिला के परिवार का ही हिस्सा माने जाएंगे. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि किसी विधवा की तरफ से अपने भाइयों के बेटों के नाम संपत्ति करना गलत नहीं है.
